Datuk Wira Roslan Bin Ab Rahman
Chairman
Datuk Wira Roslan Bin Ab Rahman was appointed on 14 July 2023 as Chairman to Kemuncak Pesaka Sdn Bhd. Datuk Wira Roslan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southampton, England in 1980. As an engineer with extensive experience in the electricity supply industry, Datuk Wira Roslan's passion has always been to contribute towards nation building and the betterment of the society. He started his career with LLN in 1980 and retired in December 2022. He has served throughout the country and was responsible for the planning, construction, operations and maintenance of the distribution network.
Also having served more than 42 years in various management capacities, he has gained extensive knowledge of the industry, being involved in the transformation and modernisation of the company. His exposure in customer services and commercial aspect of the company has enabled him to successfully coordinate efforts with various companies local and international level.
Hilman Fajrin Bin Abdul Manan
Managing Director
En Hilman Fajrin, the Managing Director of the company is in charge of the total management of Kemuncak Pesaka Sdn. Bhd. He holds the responsibility as a director, decision maker, leader, manager and executor. The decision –making role involves high-level decisions about policy and strategy. As a leader of the company, the Managing Director advices the board of directors, motivates employees, and drives changes within the organization.
En Hilman Fajrin was appointed to our Board in year 2004. He obtained his professional qualification in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from University Of East London. En Hilman Fajrin had served 19 years in various projects in construction’s field and has extensive experience in industry.
SUZILA BASHARUDDIN
Director
Ms Suzila has joined the Company Director since 2005 and she has a wide experiences in construction industries. Ms Suzila work closely in administrative responsibilities grew and changed, concentrating on shaping a business environment where growth and development flourish.
As the company grew in size, services and maturity, they recruited and hired the talent needed to sustain the company’s traditionally high quality services for successful delivery in the local engineering marketplace. They have proven to be able to lead and work in teams with various foreign professionals which bode well for the company.
HALIMATUSSAKDIYA HALIK
Director
Ms Halimatussakdiya holds the Diploma of Accountancy and her professional experiences encompassed finance over 10 years of accounting and auditing experience and corporate functions as well as business development.
She has joined the Company since 2017 and her responsible to formulate and execute strategic projects for construction business growth and work closely with Managing Director.
